Cancellations
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or miss your appointment entirely, a $30 or 50% of scheduled service fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

Being 10 minutes late or more to your appointment may result in rescheduling your appointment and incurring the no-show fee mentioned above, or having your services altered to ensure that your appointment does not exceed the amount of time scheduled.
Service Adjustments
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having any challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.

At the beginning of the appointment, we will talk about your current hair and your hair goals. Some hair goals take multiple appointments. We will go over pictures and discuss what you can expect at each visit. In those cases, redos will be done at my discretion.
If we are addressing something different that what was originally agreed upon during our first consultation, it is then considered a second service and not a redo since the original service was rendered.
I DO NOT offer free redos or any amount of refund for color corrections. If you are receiving a color correction, there is an additional form you will sign the day of service.
